Job summary

Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Test Lead Engineer to spearhead QA activities for enterprise applications. You will oversee test planning, execution, defect management, automation, and release readiness in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will mentor QA teammates, drive test strategy across manual and automated testing, and ensure quality gates are met during CI/CD releases and UAT preparations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 4–6 years of QA/testing experience with senior/lead responsibilities.
• Strong manual and automated testing experience.
• Experience across functional, integration, system, regression and UAT testing.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and at least one programming/scripting language.
• Knowledge of Git and CI/CD environments.
• Experience working in Agile development teams.
• Strong defect management, test reporting and release readiness exposure.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning and execution for system, integration, regression and UAT testing.
• Develop and review test scenarios, cases and data from requirements.
• Ensure requirements/user stories are testable and identify gaps early.
• Manage defect tracking, triage, prioritization and resolution with Dev and Product teams.
• Monitor test progress, quality metrics, defects and release risk.
• Lead test automation initiatives and identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain and improve automated test suites and CI/CD integration.
• Coordinate with Developers, DevOps, Product and Business teams on environments and releases.
• Support UAT preparation, production validation and post-release testing.
• Mentor and guide QA team members.

• Develop and review test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business and technical requirements.
• Ensure requirements and user stories are testable and identify gaps early.
• Manage defect tracking, triage, prioritization, and resolution with development and product teams.
• Monitor test progress, quality metrics, defects, and release risks.
• Lead test automation initiatives and identify appropriate scenarios for automation.
• Maintain and improve automated test suites and support integration with CI/CD pipelines.
• Coordinate with Developers, DevOps, Product, and Business teams on environments, test data, deployments, and release readiness.
• Support UAT preparation, production validation, and post-release testing.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to QA team members.

About you
