Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Software Test Engineer to design, develop, and execute test plans for system implementations and updates in our Makati office. This role requires conducting functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure quality alignment with business requirements.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of QA experience and familiarity with testing methodologies, documentation, and defect management. Night shifts may be required, with on-site work primarily in Makati, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in software testing, quality assurance, application support, or a related IT role. Candidates with more experience may be considered for higher levels.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, test documentation, defect management, and testing tools; experience with test automation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications, databases, and business systems; experience supporting accounting, audit, or professional services applications is preferred.

Responsibilities
