Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in software testing with 5+ years in test automation.
• Hands-on experience with UFT, Tosca, Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework, or similar tools.
• Experience designing enterprise-grade automation frameworks.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
• Knowledge of API, performance, and mobile automation is a plus.

The TestAutomation Architect is entrusted with leading the strategic design,development, and implementation of enterprise-grade test automation solutionsusingdifferent test automations tools like UFT, Tosca,Playwright,Selenium, Robot Framework, and others. This role mandates thecreation of scalable automation frameworks, the establishment of bestpractices, and the enablement of cross-functional teams to deliver high-qualitysoftware efficiently. The architect will serve as the technical authority onautomation, driving innovation, continuous improvement, and alignment withorganizational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable testautomation frameworks usingdifferent automation tools like UFT,Tosca, Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework, and others
• Define automation architecture and best practices across multipleprojects and teams
• Provide oversight and governance for automation initiativesacross projects under ITG, ensuring alignment with testing standards andobjectives
• Collaborate with QA, development, and DevOps teams to integrateautomated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such asAzureDevOps,GitLab,GitLab Runner, andJenkins
• Lead the creation of reusable test assets and libraries toaccelerate automation efforts

Minimum Qualifications :

• Minimum8+ yearsof experience in software testingand5+ yearsin test automation.
• At least3 years of hands-on experience with UFT, Tosca,Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework, or others automation tools
• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-levelautomation frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with CI/CDtools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
• Experience with test management tools such asOpenTextALM,Xray, andAzure DevOps.
• Exposure to API testing, performance testing, and mobileautomation is a plus.
