Job summary

SID Global Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Test Automation Architect to lead design and implementation of automation frameworks within the Delivery Team. You will guide Test Automation Analysts and ensure alignment with TCOE standards.

You will own the automation solution, configure environments, mentor engineers, and drive CI/CD integration using Jenkins or Azure DevOps to improve defect detection and runtime efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in test automation with strong framework design experience.
• Proven experience leading automation initiatives in Agile/DevOps delivery environments.
• Mentoring experience for test automation engineers.
• Deep understanding of test automation architecture, frameworks, and best practices.
• Proficient in Java, Python, or JavaScript and scripting for automation.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of test automation solutions across projects.
• Manage Test Automation Analysts and align work with corporate standards and frameworks.
• Own and manage Test Automation assets and related environments.
• Design and develop automation frameworks in line with framework guidance.
• Provide technical guidance on script creation, maintenance, and optimization.
• Assess effectiveness of automation for defect detection and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation framework issues.
• Install, configure, and use test automation tools effectively.
