Job summary

JTI Baesa Branch in Manila is seeking a results-driven sales professional to promote and sell JTI products, building strong relationships with wholesale accounts.

You will drive distribution levels and market share within the territory, and collaborate with the Territory Development Leader and Modern Trade Team to execute trade programs, acquire new consumers and monitor KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales, distribution and trade marketing experience.
• Pre-selling experience is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for achieving both individual and team objectives.
• Strong desire and ability to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What You Will Do

• Promote and sell JTI products while maintaining relationships with wholesale accounts
• Drive distribution levels and market share within the territory

Who We Are Looking For

• Preferably college graduate or vocational graduate. High School graduates are welcome to apply!
• Minimum of 3 years of sales, distribution and trade marketing experience. Pre-selling experience is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for achieving both individual and team objectives
• Strong desire and ability to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to accomplishing tasks and willing to work hard
• Adaptable, flexible, and open to change
• Drivers license (B2 or higher). We have a program to support qualified women, who do not hold a drivers license
