Job summary

BIC World is seeking a driven Sales Representative to service traditional trade outlets in Metro Manila. You will visit retailers, promote products, and ensure stock availability and merchandising at the point of sale.

Role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience in FMCG sales. You will build new accounts, drive distribution, and report sales data while supporting collections as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets according to the approved route plan.
• Sell and promote company products to retailers, wholesalers, and independent stores.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure product availability, optimum stock levels, and effective merchandising at point of sale.
• Expand numeric distribution by identifying and opening new customers.
• Execute promotional activities and visibility programs in the market.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve service issues promptly.
• Submit accurate sales, stock, and collection reports on time.
• Support collection of outstanding payments in line with company policy.

Job Purpose

To achieve sales and distribution targets by servicing assigned traditional trade outlets, developing strong customer relationships, executing in-store activities, and ensuring product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous Sales experience in FMCG/consumer goods.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools.
