Job summary

Much Prosperity Trading International, Inc. is seeking a Territory Officer to grow sales in the Cavite area by ensuring excellent store execution, product availability, and strong customer relationships.

You will work closely with store personnel, concession partners, and internal teams to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include executing promotions, monitoring stock, implementing planograms, coordinating with warehouse and marketing, and preparing territory reports.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans, promotions, and activities to achieve territory sales targets.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising, inventory levels, and product availability.
• Ensure proper planogram implementation, pricing, displays, and merchandising standards.
• Build and maintain good relationships with Store Managers, Supervisors, Sales Associates, and concession partners.
• Monitor stock movement, replenishment, and delivery status to avoid stockouts.
• Identify fast/slow-moving items and provide replenishment recommendations.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Merchandising teams for operational needs.
• Prepare and submit territory reports, sales updates, and store performance evaluations.
