Unioil Petroleum Philippines, Inc. seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the assigned territory, managing full account lifecycles and building key client relationships within Commercial Sales or Reseller Fuels.
Expect to cover South Luzon, Cebu for Commercial Sales and North Luzon, Cebu for Reseller Fuels. The role requires 1–2 years in sales or territory management, a valid driver’s license, willingness to travel, and strong analytical and communication skills.

The Territory Sales Manager drives sales growth, manages the full account lifecycle, and builds lasting client relationships within an assigned territory — either under the Commercial Sales or Reseller Fuels. Area of assignment: Commercial Sales – South Luzon, Cebu; Reseller Fuels – North Luzon, Cebu. Area of assignment will be discussed during the application process. Industries served: Commercial Sales covers shipping, construction, transport, manufacturing, power, mining, agriculture, and trading; Reseller Fuels covers fuel resellers, dealers, and distributors within the assigned territory.
How You’ll Drive Success
Sales & Business Development
Identify and generate new leads based on market potential and profitability
Develop and execute territory sales plans to hit volume and revenue targets
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Account & Customer Management
Build and grow a portfolio of key accounts across relevant industries
Respond promptly to customer needs, including pricing inquiries and tailored proposals
Sustain client relationships through regular engagement and touchpoints
Credit & Collections
Coordinate with Credit & Collection to ensure adherence to pricing and credit policies
Support collection of receivables, including check releases, CWT, and Letters of Credit
Manage operating expenses within the department budget
Field Work & Reporting
Conduct regular client visits, site inspections, and customer orientations
Submit weekly and monthly reports on market conditions, pricing, and client updates
Provide actionable market intelligence to management and key stakeholders
Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and other departments
Participate in regular Sales team reviews to assess progress and adjust plans
Administrative & Systems
Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce, including leads, visits, and field reports
Prepare and manage sales contracts throughout their lifecycle
Complete TES filings, 15Five check-ins, and other administrative requirements
The Expertise You Bring
Education
Bachelor's degree in any business-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, Economics, or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering is also accepted; Licensed Engineers are preferred
Experience
At least 1–2 years in sales, account management, or territory management
Experience in the fuel or petroleum industry is an advantage
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Skills & Competencies
Valid driver's license; willing to drive long distances across assigned territory
Willing to travel frequently, work on weekends or holidays, and be reachable outside regular hours
Strong analytical, documentation, and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office; experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is an advantage
