Job summary

MUCH PROSPERITY TRADING INT'L INC. is seeking an Area Coordinator to drive sales and ensure strong store execution across the territory. You will collaborate with Store Managers and internal teams to meet targets, manage inventory, and maintain merchandising standards.

The role requires field travel within Pangasinan and nearby regions, excellent communication, and a proactive, results-oriented approach. Bachelor degree preferred; undergraduate considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field (undergraduate considered).
• Experience in Sales, Retail Operations or Field Work is advantageous.
• Knowledge in inventory monitoring and merchandising is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and results-oriented.
• Willing to do field work and travel within Pangasinan and surrounding areas (e.g. Urdaneta, Dagupan).

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans, promotions, and activities to achieve territory sales targets.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising, inventory levels, and product availability.
• Ensure proper implementation of planograms, pricing, displays, and merchandising standards.
• Build and maintain good relationships with Store Managers, Supervisors, Sales Associates, and concession partners.
• Monitor stock movement, replenishment, and delivery status to avoid out-of-stock situations.
• Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and out-of-stock items and provide recommendations for replenishment.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions within the territory.
• Ensure proper deployment of promotional materials and marketing collaterals.
• Support marketing campaigns, store activations, and trade events.
• Prepare and submit territory reports, sales updates, and store performance evaluations.
