Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer to drive Salary Loan accounts and achieve sales quotas. You will identify partner institutions, accredit potential clients, and manage relationships with HR heads and payroll contacts.

The role requires delivering quality service, handling inquiries, and coordinating with credit processing teams to ensure accurate loan documentation. Fieldwork and sales experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Four- or five-year degree required.
• Strong selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math knowledge expected.
• Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets is preferred.
• Fieldwork and sales experience in Salary Loans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and accredit institutions for Salary Loan products.
• Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and meet sales quotas.
• Build and maintain relationships with key personnel in partner institutions.
• Handle inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Review loan files and documents for credit processing and booking adequacy.
• Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve volume targets.
