Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer to drive Salary Loan accounts and ensure sales quotas are met. Identify institutions, build relations with HR and Payroll, and coordinate with internal units to resolve issues. Strong selling, customer service, basic math and MS Office skills are required.

Location options include Caloocan, Malabon, Valenzuela, SM North, Las Piñas and Makati, with on-site work in these areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Basic mathematical knowledge.
• Familiar with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Fieldwork and sales experience in Salary Loans is an advantage.
• Driver's license and motorcycle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and accredit potential institutions for Salary Loan.
• Generate Salary Loan accounts and meet sales quotas.
• Build relationships with HR, Department Heads, Payroll In-charge and other key personnel.
• Handle inquiries and liaise with internal units to resolve service issues.
• Review loan files for credit processing and booking.
• Execute sales/marketing activities to achieve targets.
