Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer to drive Salary Loan onboarding and help meet sales quotas. You will identify potential institutions, build relationships with HR and payroll contacts, and support loan onboarding processes.

The role requires a four-year or higher degree, strong selling and communication skills, basic math, and familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets. Fieldwork and salary loan sales experience are a bonus; motorcycle driving is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of four-year or five-year degree course or Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Must have basic mathematical knowledge.
• Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets.
• With fieldwork and sales experience on Salary Loans, an advantage.
• Preferably can drive a motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and accredit potential Institutions that can be accommodated and offered with Salary Loan Product.
• Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and ensure that sales quota is met.
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with the Head of the Institutions, Department Heads, HR Head, Payroll In-charge and other key personnel.
• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.
• Review and update customer loan files, loan agreements, etc. to ensure adequacy for credit processing and loan booking.
• Execute sales and/or marketing activities that will achieve volume targets.
