Job summary

Hexagon Group of Companies is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell its medical products in the Southern Leyte territory, including Maasin.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, visiting doctors, hospitals, pharmacists, and drug stores, and coordinating with the District Sales Manager to execute the marketing plan. Strong communication and drive are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or Science-related field.
• At least 6 months of sales experience or inclination to sales.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells the company’s medical products in the assigned territory.
• Achieves sales targets for the territory.
• Monitors performance and coordinates with DSM on budgets and stock transfers.
• Coordinates with credit and collections on distribution and AR status.
• Visits doctors, hospital admins, pharmacies to promote products and maintain prescriptions.
• Monitors own performance and informs DSM of action plans.
• Communicates updates from marketing to DSM.
• Exercises territory management in line with marketing strategy.
• Maintains number and mix of MDs and covers required territories.
• Submits required reports on time.
• Implements MD selection and coverage strategies.
• Follows code of conduct for field personnel.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
