Job summary

Hexagon Group of Companies is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell medical products within an assigned territory in the Philippines. The role focuses on maximizing territory sales through regular visits to doctors, hospital admins, pharmacies, and drug stores, while maintaining strong doctor relationships and reporting to the District Sales Manager.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related fields and at least 6 months of sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 6 months of sales experience or inclination to sales.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good adaptability skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and independently.

Responsibilities

• Implements promotional and selling activities to maximize sales in the territory.
• Achieves sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Monitors sales performance against the budget with the DSM.
• Coordinates with credit and collections on distribution and receivables.
• Visits doctors, hospital admins, pharmacies to promote products and build rapport.
• Reports on performance and action plans to the DSM and PM.
• Communicates updates from marketing to the DSM and team.
• Exercises management over the territory with DSM coordination.
• Maintains MD coverage and necessary selling skills.
• Submits required reports on time.
• Follows the code of conduct for field personnel.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
