Job summary

Hexagon Group of Companies is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our medical products within a designated territory. The role requires building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies to enhance product uptake and prescriptions.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, coordinating with the DSM and PM for budget planning, and maintaining timely reports. You will travel within Ilocos Norte and thrive in a field-based, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Science, or related field.
• At least 6 months of sales experience.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good adaptability skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and independently.
• Must know how to drive.
• Applicant will be assigned in Ilocos Norte.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells company's medical products within the assigned territory as directed by PM/DSM.
• Aims to maximize sales and achieves targets for the territory.
• Monitors sales performance and budget adherence with DSM and stock transfers.
• Coordinates with credit and collections on product distribution and accounts receivable.
• Visits doctors, hospital staff, pharmacies, and drug stores to secure prescriptions and foster rapport.
• Performs regular performance reviews and reports to DSM; supports budget allocation through PM.
• Maintains regular communication with DSM on ongoing projects and marketing updates.
• Manages territory with DSM coordination and marketing plan strategy.
• Maintains the required MD coverage and contributes to MDs availability.
• Submits reports on time per higher-ups’ instructions.
• Adheres to field personnel code of conduct and company policies.
• Performs other duties assigned by immediate superior.
