Job summary

Hexagon Shared Services Inc is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our medical products across the assigned territory in the Philippines, focusing on Bataan and Zambales.

You will implement promotional activities, strive to achieve sales targets, and build strong rapport with doctors, hospital administrators, pharmacies, and drug stores while coordinating with the DSM and Product Manager to optimize territory performance.

Qualifications

• Graduates of a 4-year course, preferably in management, marketing, or science.
• 6–12 months experience as Medical Representative.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Implements promotional activities designated by Product Manager via DSM.
• Achieves sales targets for the territory.
• Monitors sales performance against the budget with DSM.
• Coordinates with credit/collection on distribution and AR status.
• Visits doctors, hospitals, pharmacies to promote products.
• Reports to DSM and PM; follows marketing plan.
• Maintains MD coverage and regular territory visits.
• Submits required reports on time.
• Selects and covers MDs to optimize selling skills.
• Follows the code of conduct for field personnel.
