Job summary

GCash is seeking a Territory Development & Growth Strategy professional to drive regional market penetration and growth across the Philippines. You will lead end-to-end growth initiatives, plan localized campaigns, and unlock high-potential local use cases to expand GCash adoption.

You will optimize resources using regional data, collaborate with LGUs and partners, and work closely with the sales team to scale the local ecosystem and ensure competitive offerings for industries and public sector

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end growth strategies for your assigned region to expand the GCash footprint.
• Plan and deploy localized offline/online activations that accelerate use-case adoption for Industries, Distributive Trade, and Public Sector channels.
• Identify and capitalize on high-potential industry segments and hyper-local opportunities for GCash integration.
• Leverage regional performance data to optimize resource allocation, refine go-to-market strategies, and continuously scale the local ecosystem.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with Local Government Units (LGUs), cooperatives, and key regional stakeholders, working in lockstep with the sales team.
