GCash in the Philippines is seeking a Territory Development & Growth Strategy leader to drive market penetration, plan localized campaigns, unlock local use cases, optimize regional performance, and cultivate partnerships with LGUs and regional stakeholders.

You will collaborate with the sales team to expand the GCash footprint across Industries, Distributive Trade, and Public Sector channels, helping advance the nation’s digital finance momentum.

Territory Development & Growth Strategy

• Drive Market Penetration: Lead and execute end-to-end growth strategies for your assigned region to expand the GCash footprint.
• Execute High-Impact Campaigns: Plan and deploy localized offline/online activations that accelerate use-case adoption for Industries, Distributive Trade, and Public Sector channels.
• Unlock Local Use Cases: Identify and capitalize on high-potential industry segments and hyper-local opportunities for GCash integration.
• Optimize & Innovate: Leverage regional performance data to optimize resource allocation, refine go-to-market strategies, and continuously scale the local ecosystem.
• Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Build and sustain strong relationships with Local Government Units (LGUs), cooperatives, and key regional stakeholders, working in lockstep with the sales team.
