The ideal candidate will develop territory plans, monitor performance, and collaborate with Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics, and Accounting to meet revenue targets and profitability goals.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports company revenue and profit targets
• Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customers' real-time needs
• Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics, Accounting, After-sales, etc.)
• Identify new business opportunities, grow product categories and engage with potential clients
• Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights for decision-making
