Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or Food Science/Technology.
• Active non-professional driver's license.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; at least 1 year experience in related work (preferably FMCG).

Responsibilities

• Develop Territory Sales and Marketing plan including market analysis and competitive info.
• Assist National Sales Manager in business planning and identifying potential market areas.
• Conduct monthly market studies on price trends and promotions.
• Ensure timely collection from dealers/distributors within credit terms.
• Support distributor relationship management and develop sales strategies with sub-dealers and end-users.
• Assist in recruiting and training distributor sales personnel.
• Provide technical assistance such as baking demonstrations to end users (bakeries).
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate warehousing issues with distributors.
• Monitor distributor sales targets and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth logistics and distribution.

Education

B.S. Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing and Food Science or Food Technology
