Job summary

A Territory Business Manager position for Aboitiz Foods–PFC products is open for fresh graduates. The role focuses on expanding the dealer/distributor network, generating loyalty, and ensuring payments are collected within credit terms.

You will lead territory business development, coordinate with sales and technical teams, and support distributors in sales strategy while handling associated credit responsibilities. This is a full-time on-site role in the Leyte region.

Qualifications

• Active selling and dealer/distributor management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop Territory Sales and Marketing plans.
• Familiarity with credit and collection processes.

Responsibilities

• Develops Territory Sales and Marketing plan with market analysis.
• Assists National Sales Manager with market planning and area recommendations.
• Monitors dealer/distributor sales targets and credit terms.
• Trains distributor sales personnel and provides product knowledge.
• Coordinates with Technical Service Analysts on quality issues.
