Farm Fresh Milk Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking a Food Service Sales Representative to drive sales of dairy products to restaurants, hotels, schools, and hospitals in the San Juan area. You will build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and work toward meeting sales targets within your territory.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business/management and 2-4 years in sales or trade marketing, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management/administration/business studies-related courses.
• At least 2 - 4 years solid experience in sales, trade marketing, customer service.
• Previous work experience as Key Account, Food Service Sales Representative will be an advantage.
• Analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Aptitude in networking and building relationships, project management skills, problem-solving and negotiation.
• Exposure on Dairy and Food Manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficient MS Office and exposure in computerized accounting systems is an advantage.
• Preferably with motorcycle.

Responsibilities

• Customer acquisition and development, relationship management, monitoring, overseeing, and coordinating of all sales activities to ensure the achievement of in-market sales targets of direct accounts and assigned distributors.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and market surveys.
• Analyze sales data from the assigned area and extract insights.
• Identify and win new business with institutions, restaurants, hotels, and caterers.
• Manage key accounts with tailored solutions and superior service.
• Stay aligned with promotions, trends, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure promotions comply with company standards and health and safety.
