Job summary

Farm Fresh Milk Incorporated is seeking a results-driven Retail Sales Executive in the Philippines to drive profitable sales growth by developing new retail accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, prepare quotations and forecasts, and stay informed about promotions, market trends, and pricing strategies while ensuring compliance with company standards and health & safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, customer service, or merchandising.
• Experience as a Key Account or Retail Sales Executive is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office; accounting system experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Dairy or Food Manufacturing is an advantage.
