Dempsey Resource Management Inc. invites a dynamic Sales Associate to join our field team across Central and Northern Davao and nearby provinces.

You will visit clients, present products, and build lasting relationships while hitting monthly targets in a rewarding FMCG environment. The ideal candidate is a graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills, ready to do field work in Laguna and Davao regions.

Qualificações

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Sales experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused.
• Willing to do field work within Laguna Province, North Davao & Central Davao.
• Can start immediately (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Visit existing and potential clients within the assigned territory.
• Build strong customer relationships and grow accounts.
• Present and sell company products.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Submit timely sales reports.
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
