Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Provincial Field Sales Representative to drive growth in the Central Davao region. You will visit existing and potential clients, sell packaging solutions, and build lasting relationships across the territory.

The role demands strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet monthly targets. Fresh graduates are welcome; field work will cover Laguna Province, North Davao, and Central Davao.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused.
• Willing to do field work within Laguna Province, North Davao & Central Davao.
• Can start immediately (preferred).

Salary: ₱18,000 starting salary

Package may range up to ₱24,000–₱25,000 including food and transportation allowance, incentives, and commission.
