Key Responsibilities

• Territory Coverage: Perform regular field visits to existing and prospective clients within your assigned territory.
• Account Growth: Present and sell company products, identify new business opportunities, and convert leads into active accounts.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with retail, distribution, and local commercial partners.
• Performance & Targets: Consistently meet monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily/weekly sales and market intelligence reports.
