Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative in the oils and lubricants sector, covering the Tarlac area in Central Luzon. You will drive sales growth, identify new opportunities, promote products, and maintain client relationships while visiting customers in the field.

You will build a network with distributors and retailers, deliver quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales, oils/lubricants or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of oils and lubricants products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities in oils & lubricants within your territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
• Present product features and benefits to prospective clients.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure product availability and satisfaction.
• Prepare sales quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate terms, pricing and contracts to close sales.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain records of sales activities and pipeline opportunities.
• Aim to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
• Provide prompt customer service and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth orders and delivery.
• Attend product trainings and industry events.
