Pronto Distribution Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Developer to visit food service venues within Pangasinan, La Union and Baguio to secure product orders, ensure brand visibility, and hit monthly targets. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of business development or sales experience; field experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and math skills.
• Valid driver’s license and motorcycle ownership required.
• Willingness to travel daily within assigned route.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, pitch products or services, and close deals with new clients.
• Account Expansion: Analyze client needs to cross-sell and upsell complementary products, maximizing account value and customer retention.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships by conducting regular client meetings, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Performance Tracking: Prepare sales reports, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate records of client interactions, typically utilizing CRM software.
• Market Strategy: Keep up to date on market trends and competitor activity, and collaborate with marketing teams to maximize outreach efforts.
