In this role you will define TX metrics, translate insights into prioritized action plans, align cross‑functional teams, and remove blockers to accelerate impact.

Responsibilities

• Territory Experience Measurement: Define and track TX metrics (e.g., NPS, network, service KPIs) at territory level; generate actionable insights from customer, network, and business data.
• Territory Experience Action Planning: Translate insights into clear, prioritized territory action plans; align cross-functional teams on key interventions and targets.
• Territory Experience Execution: Drive disciplined execution and track progress of TX initiatives; remove blockers and ensure accountability on actions.
• Territory Experience Engagement: Build and mobilize a community of TX champions; lead cadences and enable teams with tools and best practices.
