Job summary

GeoNobel, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Executive for an on-site role in Metro Manila. You will identify and develop new opportunities, generate quality leads, and build strong relationships with key utility stakeholders in the water sector.

Responsibilities include selling GIS-based billing and IT systems, executing territory plans, and coordinating with marketing and product teams to tailor proposals. Travel within the territory is required to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, GIS or related field.
• Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in IT/GIS or utilities.
• Familiarity with GIS technology and billing systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively; valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Philippines, focusing on water districts.
• Generate quality leads and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
• Develop territory-specific sales plans aligned with targets.
• Present and sell GIS-based billing and IT solutions; close sales.
• Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to tailor proposals.
• Maintain CRM records of activities, leads and client interactions.
• Attend industry events to stay updated on market trends and developments.
• Provide on-ground support for clients and ensure long-term partnerships.
