Job summary

McKupler Inc. is seeking a field-based, full-time sales professional to own and grow the Mindanao territory. You will manage trade outlets, service accounts and resellers, opening new accounts and driving promotions to keep products visible and stocked.

You should have a business or marketing degree and at least 2 years in field sales or consumer goods, with strong relationship-building skills and the drive to work independently across a regional network.

Qualifications

• Business or marketing degree preferred.
• At least 2 years in field sales, trade, or consumer goods.
• Familiar with how trade channels work and building relationships across all account types.
• Organized, mobile and self-driven enough to own a territory without being managed step by step.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned Mindanao territory: cover trade outlets, service accounts and resellers.
• Open new accounts and manage existing ones; activate trade promotions at outlet level.
• Ensure McKupler products are visible and stocked in all outlets.
