Minimum Education Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Petroleum), Industrial Technology, Maritime, Logistics, or related field.
Relevant training in oil handling, terminal operations, or safety management is an advantage.At least 5–8 years experience in terminal, oil depot, or industrial operations.
At least 2–5 years of experience in terminal operations, oil depot, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
With at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred.
Experience in vessel discharge, tank truck loading (TTLR), inventory monitoring, and product handling is an advantage.

Supervises and coordinates daily terminal operations including vessel discharge, product storage, tank truck loading (TTLR), and inventory monitoring. Ensures safe, accurate, and efficient operations while maintaining strict compliance with safety regulations, operational procedures, and company standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise daily terminal operations, including vessel discharge, tank truck loading, product transfers, and dispatch scheduling to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Monitor tank inventory levels, ullage availability, tank gauging results, and product gains and losses (TMR) to maintain inventory accuracy.
Verify the correct product, quantity, and destination before all transfer and loading operations.
Coordinate with Supply and Logistics to ensure timely product replenishment and uninterrupted fuel supply.
Oversee truck turnaround time, dispatch activities, and overall operational workflow.
Supervise personnel assignments, monitor workforce productivity, and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
Enforce compliance with company safety policies, proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), housekeeping standards, and hazard control measures.
Conduct regular inspections of terminal equipment, firefighting systems, safety facilities, and emergency response equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Assist in inventory verification, reconciliation, and variance reporting to maintain accurate stock records.
Review equipment condition, monitor preventive maintenance activities, and recommend corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
Prepare, review, and submit operational, inventory, and performance reports to the Terminal Manager.
Conduct toolbox meetings, support safety training, emergency drills, compliance inspections, and safety audits to strengthen operational safety and regulatory compliance.
Monitor operational performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Promptly report operational abnormalities, equipment failures, incidents, and other operational concerns to the Terminal Manager.
Promote teamwork, discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management in support of terminal operations and business objectives.
