Job summary

Premium Infinite Mining, Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to the Philippine Mining Act and related IRR, coordinate with MGB/DENR and LGUs, and oversee report submissions.

The role includes internal monitoring and audits of mining, environmental, and safety programs, plus preparation of compliance reports and correspondence to government units and agencies.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with the Philippine Mining Act (RA 7942) and its IRR.
• Experience with mining permits and regulatory reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure submission of reportorial requirements to government agencies and coordinate with other departments.
• Perform liaison work and present company plans to local and national government agencies for endorsement and approval.
• Conduct internal monitoring and audits of exploration, mining, environmental and safety programs, and prepare technical compliance reports.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares reports and coordinate with other departments in ensuring compliance with all the submission of reportorial requirements with concern government agencies.

• Perform liaison work, presentation and group discussion of company plans and programs to various local and national government agencies for proper endorsement and certification approval.

• Conducts internal monitoring and audit of implementation of activities and programs of exploration, mining, environmental and safety programs and prepares compliances technical reports submitted to MGB/DENR.

• Prepare and compiles internal and external correspondence, as well correspondence to LGU, MGB/DENR and other government units.

• Other duties that may be assigned.

Qualification

• Graduate of mining related course is an advantage (Mining, Geology, Mettalurgy)

• At least 2 years mines/quarry processing plant permitting.

Required Knowledge

• Must be well acquainted with R.A 7942 (Philippine Mining Act of 1995 and DAO 20-0-21, its IRR and other related government regulatory compliance.
