Job summary

Sta. Clara International Corp. is seeking a Methods Engineer to develop construction methodologies, work sequences, method statements, and preliminary execution plans for bidding.

You will ensure tender submissions reflect realistic, efficient, and cost-effective construction methods aligned with project conditions. The role requires 3–7 years in construction engineering or planning, proficiency in MS Project/Primavera P6, and skills in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years experience in construction engineering, planning, or methods engineering.
• Experience in tendering/pre-construction is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: design and optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Time & Motion Studies: analyze task timing to reduce waste.
• Lean & Six Sigma: apply Lean and Six Sigma to lower variability.
• Tool & Equipment Selection: recommend tools for efficiency.
• SOPs: develop and document standard procedures.
• Problem Solving: troubleshoot production issues.
• Cost Reduction: identify strategies to cut costs.
• Collaboration & Training: train staff on process improvements.
