Job summary

Sta. Clara International Corp. is seeking a Planning Engineer to lead development, scheduling, and monitoring of project timelines, resources, and costs in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate holds a related degree, has knowledge of Primavera P6, and 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Planning Engineer. You will collaborate with project managers to define tasks, allocate resources, and support budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• License is an advantage
• With 2–5 years of relevant experience as Planning Engineer
• Knowledge of Primavera P6

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project plans and schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Identify project milestones, critical paths, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with project managers and teams to define tasks, resources, and timelines.
• Assess and allocate resources (e.g., manpower, materials, equipment) effectively to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Identify any resource bottlenecks or conflicts and propose solutions.
• Assist in estimating project costs and developing budgets.
• Monitor project expenses to ensure alignment with the budget and recommend corrective actions if needed.
• Track project progress against the schedule and budget.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to management, stakeholders, and clients.
• Identify potential delays or risks and suggest mitigation plans.
• Identify and analyze project risks that could impact timelines or costs.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies

Education
