Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Tendering/Project Management professional to drive end-to-end tendering processes for LV/MV switchgear, protection, and substation automation. You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Legal to deliver compliant proposals and manage projects from award to handover.

Qualifications

3–5 years in tendering, engineering, project management, or related roles in the Power/Electrification & Automation industry.
Strong technical knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, protection schemes, SCADA/automation.
Experience in tendering, project management, costing, contract terms, cross-functional collaboration.
Customer-focused, detail-oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the full tender process including scoping, costing, clarifications, BOMs, and pricing strategies.
Prepare compliant technical and commercial proposals, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Manage projects from contract award to handover and warranty closure, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
