Job summary

Schneider Electric in Romblon, España is looking for a professional to prepare calculations and quotations for ProLeiT automation solutions. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure quality and timely completion of quotes.

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or similar experience, and ideally a technical background in the automation industry. Fluent English and German communication skills are essential.

• Review customer requirements and requests for mainly international quotes (RFQ).
• Prepare calculations and quotations for ProLeiT automation solutions.
• Work in cooperation with Sales, Delivery, Procurement, IT and other solution centers.
• Carry out formal risk assessments and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Review and approve price/costing estimates.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements and requests for mainly international quotes (RFQ)
• Prepare calculations and quotations for ProLeiT automation solutions based on internal and external customer inquiries using standard quotation and pricing tools, following a defined process
• Work in close cooperation with Sales, Delivery, Procurement, IT and other solution centers or experts to ensure the quality and timely completion of quotations
• Carry out formal risk assessments and initiate export control on relevant tenders and ensure compliance with internal processes
• Review and approve price/costing estimates and submit for management approval

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or similar experience
