Job summary

Key Recruitment Limited is seeking a professional to lead the full tendering process for major construction projects in the Philippines. You will review bid documents, finalize contracts, and ensure compliance before award, coordinating with estimators on pricing and margins.

The role requires solid pre-contract experience with main contractors and a track record in finalizing complex tenders and contracts, plus the ability to brief delivery teams on obligations and risks after winning bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Solid pre-contract experience working for a main contractor.
• Experience finalizing tenders and handling complex construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full tendering process from reviewing initial bid documents to final submission.
• Analyze contract terms, identify commercial risks, and negotiate favorable conditions with clients.
• Work closely with estimators to evaluate pricing, subcontractor packages, and project margins.
