Job summary

F.F. Cruz & Co., Inc. is seeking a seasoned Tender & Contracts Manager to lead end-to-end tendering for government and private construction projects.

You will oversee contract management, claims, risk, and the Tender & Contracts Team, coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal and Operations. The ideal candidate has a BS Civil Engineering (licensed preferred), at least five years in tendering/estimating/contract administration, plus two years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent construction-related degree; licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in tendering, estimating, quantity surveying, contract administration, or commercial management.
• At least two (2) years of managerial or supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end tendering and bidding process for government and private construction projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, scope of work, and bidding requirements.
• Supervise the preparation of quantity take-offs, BOQ, cost estimates, and tender pricing.
