Job summary

S.C. Megaworld Construction and Development Corporation is seeking an experienced Licensed Engineer to lead end-to-end bidding and tendering for complex projects in the Philippines.

The role requires PRC registration, 8+ years in construction with bidding and costing, and a strong BOQ/estimates background. Successful candidates will manage multi-department bid teams, ensure compliant technical and commercial submissions, and handle post-bid clarifications and handover.

Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer (civil preferred) and PRC registered.
• 8+ years in construction with bidding and costing.
• Strong background in BOQ, estimates, and tender documentation.
• Experience handling government and/or private projects.
• Knowledge of PhilGEPS, PCAB, and local compliance is a plus.
• Proven leadership and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bidding and tendering process.
• Oversee quantity take-offs, BOQ, costing and unit price analysis.
• Coordinate multi-department bid teams.
• Review and finalize technical, commercial, and eligibility documents.
• Handle post-bid clarifications and project handover.
