Job summary

RLG ELECTRO MECHANICAL TRADING CORP is seeking a project-based Nurse to provide basic healthcare services, first aid, and health monitoring for site personnel in Laguna, Philippines. You will promote safety and respond to medical situations on site.

The role requires a Bachelor of Nursing, RN with PRC license, and willingness to work at project locations. Prior construction-site experience is a plus and coordination with local clinics is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• Experience at construction or project sites is an advantage.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible and able to handle emergencies.
• Willing to work on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees.
• Monitor employees' health and address injuries or illnesses on site.
• Maintain medical records and prepare health-related reports.
• Conduct health monitoring and assist in medical emergencies.
• Coordinate with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers when needed.
• Support workplace health and safety programs.
• Ensure availability and proper maintenance of first-aid supplies.
• Promote proper health, hygiene, and safety practices on site.
