Job summary

IKEA Philippines is seeking a Temporary Contract Agent to join our Customer Contact Care Team. You will build strong relationships with customers across multi-channel touchpoints, delivering timely, accurate support and maintaining IKEA’s tone of voice.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will resolve inquiries, manage multiple conversations, and contribute to a positive shopping experience while upholding service standards and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in support or contact centre.
• Experience with WhatsApp and email communications.
• Clear, empathetic written communication in IKEA tone of voice.
• Ability to handle complaints and provide fair resolutions.
• Comfort with digital channels and fast-paced environments.
• Strong written English and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions across contact centre platforms with timely support.
