Job summary

A dynamic BPO center in Clark Freeport Zone is seeking a Telesales Representative to engage with potential customers and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have sales experience and excellent English communication skills. Responsibilities include contacting customers, answering inquiries, and maintaining customer records. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or in a sales/customer service role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas over the phone.

• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software, Microsoft Office) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospect customers
• Excellent command of the English language
• Has strong interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• College level candidates are preferred but not required
