Job summary

Swak BPO Corp in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga, is hiring a Security Receptionist to support safety and operations on-site.

Ideal candidates are observant, personable, and able to handle security incidents, with training certifications and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a Security Guard Training Certification from a PNP-approved school.
• Excellent observation and people skills with strong communication.
• Able to make quick, sound decisions and remain calm in emergencies.
• Proficient with basic office software such as MS Word and MS Office.
• Willing to work on-site and follow company policies and dress code.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company policies and regulations to ensure safety and security.
• Conduct routine area checks for safety and security.
• Assist in preparing the work environment by turning on lights and AC.
• Ensure adherence to dress code and ID policy.
• Monitor production area to prevent sleeping on duty and restrict entry to authorized individuals.

Job Responsibilities

• Enforce company policies and regulations to ensure the safety and security of company property
• Conduct routine area checks for safety and security
• Assist in preparing the work environment by turning on lights and AC units
• Ensure adherence to the company dress code and ID policy
• Implement the policy of restricting food, personal belongings, and phones in the production area
• Monitor production area to prevent employees from sleeping on duty
• Restrict unauthorized individuals from entering the office
• Assist patients in transferring from the clinic to the shuttle service
• Issue ID badges to Swak BPO Corp. visitors and applicants
• Handles all necessary coordination with other Security Receptionists and Facility Manager

Job Requirements

• Has good understanding of office technologies and office computer software, such as Microsoft Word
• Able to utilize internet applications, such as MS Office
• Has good observation skills to quickly recognize intruders and be aware of illegal activities
• Must have the physical strength to apprehend offenders and handle emergency situations
• Friendly, patient, and confident in communicating with other people
• Has people skills and can assist visitors/employees with any concerns
• Must be patient and have strong decision-making skills
• Security Guard Training Certification from a licensed training school approved by the Philippine National Police (PNP)
