Job summary

MicroSourcing in Cebu City is seeking a Telesales Agent to work onsite with shifting hours. You will call and engage with inactive customers using scripts to drive transactions and gather feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact existing inactive customers using scripts to collect feedback on the company’s service.

• Employees must have good written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Employees must possess problem-solving capabilities to create meaningful strategies to improve service quality.
• The role also requires the employee to be goal or result-oriented.
