This role ensures high‑quality clinical assessment, coordinates medical care and evacuations when needed, and works closely with doctors, operations teams, and global assistance centers.

• Provide clinical advice to patients, clients, and stakeholders.

• Manage medical cases end‑to‑end, ensuring accurate documentation and timely handovers.
