As a Clinical Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with patients, providers, and plan sponsors to address health needs through effective communication and available resources, promoting quality and cost‑effective outcomes via the telephonic medical management process.

• Patient care: Support patients in navigating their health needs through telephonic medical management.
• Provider collaboration: Partner with healthcare providers and plan sponsors to ensure coordinated care.
• Process adherence: Follow multi‑step processes and decision‑making flow charts to deliver consistent outcomes.
• Documentation: Accurately record patient interactions while multitasking between talking and typing.

Preferred Experience

• Local nursing practice: Prior experience in clinical or hospital settings in the Philippines.
• BPO CSR background: Previous work in healthcare BPO or customer service roles, with strong skills in patient interaction and case handling. (Is a plus)
