Qualifications

• Registered nurse with valid Philippines license and ER/ICU experience.
• 3+ years in ER/ICU and strong clinical judgment.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assess medical assistance calls and determine appropriate support.
• Provide clinical advice to patients, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage medical cases end‑to‑end with proper documentation and timely handovers.
• Coordinate medical evacuations, repatriations, and referrals with Intl. SOS Assistance Centers.
• Liaise with treating physicians to ensure appropriate levels of care.
• Support non‑medical teams with medical insights and referrals.
• Uphold medical, operational, safety, and privacy standards.
