Monthly Salary (In-Hand): 18,000 23,000 / Month (Based on profile evaluation & communication skills)

Annual Salary (CTC): 2.16 Lakhs 2.76 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA) + Uncapped Sales Incentives

Job Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (On-site / Corporate Business Park)

Shift Timings: Fixed / Rotational Night Shifts (US Time Zone alignment)

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Pitching: Contact potential customers in the US market from a pre-qualified corporate database to present DirectTV services and streaming options.
• Consultative Sales: Understand user entertainment requirements, recommend customized cable/satellite packages, and articulate package pricing structures clearly.
• Objection Handling: Navigate consumer resistance confidently, resolve customer concerns regarding service costs or contracts, and drive conversions.
• Lead Logging & CRM Management: Maintain clean records of customer calls, update subscription data fields, and log call outcomes within internal CRM databases.
• Quality Compliance: Adhere strictly to international calling regulations, telecom compliance norms, and internal script parameters during pitches.

• Academic Foundation: Passed 12th standard, completed an ITI/Diploma, or hold any undergraduate degree. Freshers are welcome.
