About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, articulate, and goal-oriented individual to join a leading wellness and lifestyle centre located in the heart of Singapore.

As a Telemarketer / Booking Coordinator, you will engage with prospects and members to introduce our range of wellness experiences, schedule orientations, and encourage trial bookings. You will also support customer service operations, ensuring every interaction reflects warmth, professionalism, and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects, database contacts, and members to promote services and schedule orientations.
• Clearly explain wellness offerings and guide potential guests toward suitable programs or sessions.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service over the phone and in person when needed.
• Confirm bookings, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records of calls and conversion results.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless guest onboarding.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, call centre, or customer service roles.
• Clear, friendly, and engaging communication skills, especially on the phone.
• Target-driven, motivated by results and rewards.
• Organised, reliable, and professional.
• Experience in the wellness, spa, or hospitality industry is an advantage but not required.
